Colposcopy

This is nearly a pain-free procedure of checking the cervix which we perform to find any disease or cancerous cells or abnormal cells that can become cancerous in the cervix, vagina or vulva. It is also done to examine for any inflammatory changes, injuries, or cancerous growths in the region of the vulva, vagina, and cervix. Before the procedure is performed you will be required to inform our specialist about your menstrual status, pregnancy status, any health problems, medications, or any other concerns regarding the reproduction system. The exam might take 10-15 minutes.
